Motivated by the digital revolution and the need to produce high quality products in a globally competitive economy, this fully online certificate program in Advanced Systems Engineering with synchronous and asynchronous coursework aims to train engineers in urgently needed areas of analytical systems engineering, which includes:

• Requirement Analysis
• Architecture Selection and Optimization
• Model-based Design and Development
• System Design Flows

These areas are pivotal to innovation and product enhancement. The goal is to advance the science base for the design of large scale systems and accelerate its technological translation into sustained industrial growth.

All students apply and are admitted to the UConn Graduate School. Some credits earned within the certificate may be applied towards a Master of Engineering (MENG).
